The project consist of the restructuring of a former industrial building, which has been adapted to become a temporary artist living space. The residence is composed by five private rooms, and collective spaces such as bathrooms, kitchen, and a large living room/working space. Given the hight of the roof and the very big size of the pre-existing structure, three of the private rooms could be hang by the concrete beams toghether with a catwalk which enable the access. The materials used are steel, wood, OSB, and plywood.
